The Dilemma

First of all thanks for visiting the Blog.

The objective of the blog is simple. I come from a Call Center Technology background and realized that when a poor entrepreneur starts looking for technology solution in the market he is flooded with options. That in a way is good but then probably amongst this hustle bustle he misses out the parameters on which he should evaluate the options.

The blog will be india and to some extent philippines centeric as my information is limited to these areas.

Opinions of all sort as long as there is a reasoning ground for them are welcome.
