Does Touchstar also use Asterisk?

Now may be touchstar philippines is just looking to give standalone Asterisk PBX or may be they have already integrated Asterisk onto their Call Center Solution.

This is another shot in the arm for Asterisk in Call Center Industry (Not vicidial puhleez!)

    Thanks for a fair comment on your experiences with “a possible approach to soft-dialer” but then the only conclusion one can draw would be that this particular approach to a soft-switch based solution is not exactly great.

    The other approach with minimum RnD is HMP which I am sure your developers are already looking into.

    Sooner than later software based communications and SIP will be winners. Till then “Good luck with inventory”
