Market is slowly now getting aware to the fact that there is only one cost effective dialer in the market i.e. C-Zentrix.

The truth is no body in the whole market is able to run the complete solution on one box – i.e. more that than 30-40 seats. So the cost of hardware + if domestic (than card) which is very colstly.

The only cost effective solution right now in the market is C-zentrix which runs on single box more than 90 -120 seats with complete CRM, Dialer , Logger everything that you can imagine.

So Saying cost effective doesn’t make it cost effective you need to tell the truth that hardware cost and all is also required.

And being a distributor doesn’t add any credibility to solution. So the truth is evaluate products like C-zentrix before making any decision. The truth is that its the fastest growing dialer in the SME segment due to its innovative single box solution. If four boxes run 120 seats doesn’t make it cost effetive I can run 360 using C-zentrix (from tvtworld.com)

So there is no comparision in terms of cost if we go high (its 3 times more) . So C-zentrix may be highly priced but in scalability its an advantage.

If you build it yourself be sure to follow the instructions exactly as we often hear from people who have paid multiple consultants to build Vicidial but have failed. The instructions exceed 50 pages and have stomped many people.

As for being only good for up to 24 seats.We have several hundred installations worldwide that have well over 200 agents concurrently running.

Also look at http://www.callcentersg.com for specifications on Load balancing and server requirements. So if somebody is selling you one server 48 licenses … stay away it would not work.
